For many years, we have undertaken Health & Safety consultancy of numerous landmark buildings throughout the UK. These include complex multi-storey properties, in excess of 30 floors and 50,000 Sq.m of office space. Additionally, we have significant experience of delivering Health Safety consultancy services to smaller properties, including those typically controlled by Managing Agents, where assessment is only required for the ‘common areas’ of the premises.
