DRM™ is a structured approach to decision-making which helps to guide alternative courses of action in a rational and consistent way and is applied to strategic decision making and operational risk management. Our DRM™ consultants employ a range of tools and methods to help clients make complex decisions. Such decisions usually involve significant investment and conflicting objectives so the optimum decision needs to take account of potential costs, risks, rewards and uncertainties.
