Swine Flu Support
With reported cases of swine flu increasing every week, Government Health analysts suggest that levels could increase to around 100,000 cases per day by the end of August. The Department of Health estimates a Swine Flu pandemic could affect up to 50% of the UK population and result in a significant number of fatalities.
Business leaders must prepare for the potential impact of Swine Flu by adapting their existing Business Continuity strategies to cover potential health emergencies. RPS is working with a range of businesses to put in place contingency plans to deal with pandemic flu which are tailored to suit individual business needs.
The RPS Emergency Response Team has been established to provide rapid, clear and specific advice to assist clients and their staff who have been affected by the outbreak, drawing on the latest information available from the UK Health Protection Agency and the World Health Organisation (W.H.O). Our team of 
medical professionals can advise on managing the condition, staff communication strategies and providing support for affected individuals and their families.
