BREEAM Assessment
RPS is a licensed UK assessor with qualified assessors across all schemes including Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM for offices, retail, industry, schools, healthcare, and bespoke/other buildings. We can also undertake international assessments, including those in the Gulf region. Predictive assessments are usually undertaken during the early design phase of a project to ensure any necessary design modifications are highlighted as soon as possible. In addition to influencing design choices, the assessments can support the planning application by demonstrating a developer’s commitment to sustainability. We can provide this service as part of the preparation of a Sustainability Statement to be submitted as a supporting document for the planning application. The BREEAM system can be complex to navigate and is constantly evolving; planners and design teams can get help and detailed professional advice from RPS all stages of a BREEAM assessment culminating in certification.
