Big Win For Water

12 January 2009
RPS Water has successfully secured a major consultancy agreement with Northumbrian Water.

In yet another demonstration of how it is increasingly viewed as a heavyweight UK consultant in the water industry, RPS Water has won a Framework Agreement in the face of tough competition from some of the largest, most well known consultancies active in the UK water industry.

Covering both the Northumbrian operating regions – Northumbria in the north and Essex & Suffolk in the south – the Agreement will run for a minimum of three years. Key service areas will include:

  • Network Resilience Studies.
  • Pressure Management Optimisation.
  • District Meter Area Integrity.
  • Zonal Resource Assessment.
  • Supply-Demand Analysis.
  • Leakage Analysis.
  • Network Modelling.

Commenting on the success, Trevor Hoyle, MD of RPS Water said:

“This is a clear indication of how seriously RPS is rated as a major consultancy in the UK water industry. Without doubt, it is due to the strength and commitment of our consulting business team.”
