The British Standard Institute PAS (Publically Available Specification) 99 specifies common management system requirements and is used as a framework for implementing two or more management systems standard in an integrated way. The IMS eliminates duplications across the three management systems and halves the resource time spent on external assessments. It brings together the common requirements of Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality standards and encapsulates them into one IMS.

Management System Coordinators have been appointed for each geographical region to provide a two-way communication portal for all IMS matters. The IMS culture is maintained through regular structured team briefs with all field staff, line managers and operational directors.
This has already been received positively by a number of clients who appreciate that it underpins the professional support they receive from RPS.
