RPS – One Of UK’S Top Three Employers

In ‘Britain’s Top Employers 2009’ guide, published by the Corporate Research Foundation in association with Guardian Books, RPS is rated as one of the UK’s top employers – in overall third place above high-profile employers such as GlaxoSmithKline, IBM, John Lewis Partnership plc and Lloyds Banking Group. This latest ranking confirms the success of RPS’ continuous improvement philosophy – we were 11th in 2008 and 69th in 2007.

Organisations are judged against five criteria, each having a maximum rating of 5 stars.  The RPS ratings were:  Pay & Benefits – 5 Stars. Training – 5 Stars. Career Development – 4.5 Stars.  Working Conditions – 4.5 Stars.  Company Culture – 5 Stars.

RPS, which is described in the guide as an intellectually stimulating and commercially successful workplace where everyone is totally committed to achieving positive results, also received two special awards for excellence – one in HR Management and the other in Training & Development.
