Dan has over 17 years of experience as an Urban Designer in private practice, providing due diligence advice, commercially astute land use and structure planning solutions, detailed and innovative master plan concepts, community creation initiatives, and strategic project advice to a broad range of urban, industrial, resource focussed and rural communities.

Mark is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the Sunshine Coast business, including corporate governance, new business development, establishing and consolidating client relationships and financial and human resource management.

He also has joint responsibility for direction of the Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture services on a range of large-scale development projects for a broad and sophisticated client base.

Mark has established excellent working relationships with various local authorities in South East Queensland, and a broad range of state agency and community stakeholders that are now so critical to any major development.

Mark is particularly interested and experienced in ensuring that the methodology adopted to pursue development approvals, acknowledges the full range of client and stakeholder imperatives, involves the assessment managers as part of the multi-disciplinary team, and delivers sustainable outcomes for not only his clients, but the community at large.
