    RPS has helped secure $20 million in funding for much needed aged care and seniors accommodation in regional Western Australia.

    RPS Economics Technical Director Tim Connoley said a cost benefit assessment prepared for the Wheatbelt Development Commission’s submission for Royalties for Regions funding assessed a range of benefits of the proposed accommodation.

    RPS' Mapping team has a new aerial LiDAR instrument on the way from Trimble in Germany. Aerial LiDAR technology efficiently and accurately measures the world in three dimensions using a laser. This gives us information such as accurate location, size and height of objects, insights into vegetation structure as well as the shape of the ground surface even under dense vegetation.
