B & Q Distribution Centre
RPS provided detailed architectural design services for B & Q’s core products distribution centre in Worksop. The 1.1 million ft2 facility has fully automated high bay and recycling and vehicle maintenance unit facilities. It is the largest industrial facility ever to attain BREAAM "excellent" rating. The total project value was £31m and the project won an IAS Awards 2006 for Best Bespoke Development.
